Plymouth Gin, Creme de Violette Liqueur, Maraschino Liqueur, Lemon Juice. This cocktail was created in 1916 at the Wallick Hotel in NYC during the early days of the aviation industry. It got its name as a result of its "sky blue color".

Boulevardier
Elijah Craig Bourbon, Cocchi di Torino, Campari This whiskey-based variation of the Negroni was created in Paris in the 1920s by Erskine Gwynne, an American expat and founder of the magazine "The Boulevardier". It was later popularized by Harry McElbone at Harry's New York Bar.

Corpse Reviver #2
Citadelle Gin, Lillet Blanc/Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Triplum, Lemon Juice, Absinthe Rinse. The original version of this cocktail (which called for cognac) was created in the 1870s. This iteration was created by Harry Craddock in 1930 and published in his famous "Savoy Cocktail Book".

Sazerac
Old Overholt Rye, Simple Syrup, Peychaud's Bitters, Viex Pontarlier Absinthe Rinse. This New Orleans classic (circa 1853) originally featured cognac brandy as its main ingredient. Rye whiskey was used after European grape crops were decimated by an insect infestation in the latter half of the 19th century.

Ransom Old Tom Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, Aromatic & Orange Bitters This cocktail is the immediate precursor to the martini and dates back to the late 1800s. Its origins are unclear (it may have been invented in either San Francisco or New York) and several variations exist, including one which uses curacao instead of maraschino.
